Okay, with 13 weeks until the marathon, I had to come up with a plan for training. I've posted it in the sidebar -- I'm bit nervous about the longer runs that I am scheduled to do during the week, with work and everything, I've really got to make the time. As it is, I wake up at 4:45 am every day and this is just allows me to do up to 6 miles, we'll see what happens when I reach days that I have to run longer distances.
In addition to the runs, interval training, weight training and yoga/pilates that I'll be doing, I need to work on the diet. I hope to come up a plan for that soon. I do know that I want to lose about 5 pounds in the next couple of weeks, I think being a bit lighter will improve the running.
